Robert A. Vezzuto Consulting, Inc. is a small firm with over 30 years of Construction Project Management experience, specializing in highly personalized Construction Project and Program Management services to a select group of private clients.
Clients include, Toyota Racing Development, 3M Renewable Energy Division, Juanita’s Foods and SITA (Société Internationale de Télécommunications Aéronautiques).
Our service includes managing initial project strategy and continues to site selection, design programming, design, value engineering, permitting, bidding, construction and construction close-out. These management services are performed within the parameters of the client’s project budget, schedule, and performance goals.
Our goal is to understand the specific needs of each client and provide the appropriate team to execute the construction program, monitoring progress while maintaining constant client feedback to ensure that their goals are met. In addition to management of projects, Robert A. Vezzuto Consulting Inc. works to facilitate the development of the long-term company facilities plan and construction strategy to ensure efficient and effective long term use of resources.
